ARE ALTERATIONS REFUNDABLE? / WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE? / WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No, alterations are non refundable as we are a service provider in labor.
2. Payment is due at the first initial fitting/pinning. All previously paid work includes revisions outside of new additional alterations not previously paid for and/or fluctuations in measurements beyond 1".
3. There is a $75 cancellation fee for all cancellations 7 days or less from the scheduled appointment date.
ARE APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED? / CAN I BRING GUESTS WITH WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?
1. Yes, due to the large nature of volume, appointments are required for every visit.
2. We can only accommodate 2 additional guests other than the client. We have limited spacing to support larger groups. Children under the age of 12 are also not permitted for safety reasons.
WHAT ARE PINK SEAMS BUSINESS HOURS? /WHAT IS PINK SEAMS CONTACT INFORMATION?/ WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK FROM A TEAM MEMBER IF I HAVE REACHED OUT OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS?
1. We are open Tuesday - Saturday 10am to 5pm.

3. Any inquiries received from Saturday 5pm to Tuesday 9:59am will be returned no sooner than Tuesday at 10am.
AM I A RUSH BRIDE?
1. Any bridal alterations that require a turnaround time of less than 8 weeks is considered a rush. This means your appointment schedule will be catered to your unique timeline with your subsequent fittings needing to be close together.
2. Timelines that require less than 4 weeks to acheive the perfect fit of your gown require a non refundable $100 priority payment to ensure your gown is bumped to the front of the line to support the fast turnaround.
3. We do our very best here at PINK SEAMS to accommodate every rush bride, please be aware, depending on how many active rushes we have on hand will determine if we are able to take another rush bride. Please call us if you feel you are going to need a faster turnaround 801-971-8044.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
1. Your gown, shoes, and any under garments you will wear the day of with the gown (i.e. slips, bras, shapewear, religious garments).
2. Water and also make sure you have a light snack before your appointment.
3. Inspo pictures / mood board if you are requiring custom work to your gown or an additional custom look for your wedding.
HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS WILL I HAVE?
1. Every bride, gown, fit, and construction is completely different. The average for standard alterations is 3 to 4 fittings but again, there are a multitude of factors that will play a role in the amount of appointments you will have. At PINK SEAMS, we do not care how many times we see you, we just want the dress to fit PERFECTLY.
CAN PINK SEAMS CLEAN MY DRESS? / CAN PINK SEAMS STEAM MY GOWN?
1. No, PINK SEAMS does not provide cleaning services.
2. Yes, PINK SEAMS can do a light steaming upon request for $60, however, regardless, your gown WILL still need to be steamed the day of once it is removed from its garment bag.
