Scheduling
A $75 fee will be automatically applied to all cancellations, no shows, and reschedules. Some exceptions apply.
If you are unable to find an appointment time that works for your schedule, please call us directly. If you are unable to reach us via phone and/or text, please leave a message and an employee will get back to you within 2 business days
All dates available for booking requests display our business hours. If the requested appointment time is unavailable, you will be scheduled according to your event date and notified of the appointment change. If the approved date does not align with your schedule, please reach out and a team member will gladly reschedule the appointment accordingly.
Timeline readiness is extremely important to Pink Seams. Due to the nature of our business being high volume and service based, we are adhering to stronger booking/appointment policies. One bridal appointment will be allotted per bridal gown.
If multiple bridal appointments are booked for the same person/same gown, the first appointment will be honored and all subsequent bookings will automatically be cancelled with a $75 cancellation fee. If you are booking 2 bridal appointments due to having 2 gowns, please leave a note in the booking comments.
